In my early twenties, I learned to bake. I can share my secrets with you:
1. only use good recipes
2. only use good ingredients
2. don't screw them up
That's all it takes. I love fancy tools, like this copper bowl for a Kitchenaid mixer. Totally not necessary, but gorgeous. I saw it on the kitchn, a great cooking/food blog.
What are your must-have tools? I love my Kitchenaid mixer best, and then my collection of cupcake/muffin pans.

That copper is amazing! I can't live without a super powerful blender (must be glass!).
My Kitchen Aid tops my list too! I fancy myself a baker, but I am still learning a lot.
I can't do without my super new cupcake tin that lets me bake 18 cupcakes at a time.
